We not only source products for these item-intensive categories, we also provide a complete range of service packages at store level to control, maintain and grow sales of these products. A family business, RSA offers outstanding customized service to our many loyal customers. As an independent firm, we answer to the needs of our clientele, not shareholders.

Retail Service Associates has evolved in every direction over the years. Initially we provided local grocers with several hundred general merchandise products. Today, we offer over 12,000 products from numerous diverse categories to a wide variety of major retailers throughout the Eastern half of the United States. Utilizing a sound business plan for controlled expansion, we are pursuing new business throughout the continental United States, while protecting the interests of our existing customers.

Retail Service Associates occupies over 120,000 square feet of warehouse space and employs an experienced and dedicated staff. Our clientele includes supermarkets, combo stores, grocery stores, drug chains, independent food and drug stores, wholesalers, and e-tailers. As a modern company, RSA stays on the leading edge, utilizing technology to streamline our operations, and to help our customers realize all possible efficiencies in their dealings with us.
